About Us

Hope Outreach began in the fall of 2005 with two women walking the streets of Zanesville, looking for prostitutes to show the love of God to.

From there, we began a late-night outreach where we handed out roses, established relationships with, and prayed for any woman we could safely approach after dark in certain areas of Zanesville, which are known for drugs, prostitution, and violence.

We officially incorporated as a ministry in 2009 and obtained 501(c)3 status in 2011. Although our ministry has evolved over the years, one thing will never change: Our mission statement will always be, "To bring hope and healing to hurting people, through the name, the power, and the love of Jesus Christ."

In 2024, we simply added the words 'Empowering Women' to our mission statement to align with what God is doing in the ministry with our Connect & Empower Women's Conferences.  

2025 has some exciting things ahead as we launch the Women in Ministry Alliance for those who want to stay connected and pursue ordination through Hope Outreach.

As a ministry, our number one core value is ministering to God. That includes not only abandoning ourselves to Him in worship but also loving those He loves, going where He tells us to go, and being His hands, feet, and voice here on earth.



Our commission in missions is to be a light in dark places and bring Jesus to places others are unable or unwilling to go.

Over the years, we have partnered with various ministries to bring hope and healing to those in poverty, prostitution, and other life crises.

Our mission trip experiences have included prostitution outreach in Thailand, Brazil, and Cambodia, ministering to impoverished and often times sexually exploited children in Haiti and throughout Southeast Asia, bush outreach in Africa, garbage dump ministry in Mexico and throughout Southeast Asia, and street evangelism in numerous countries throughout the world.


Hope Outreach is a non-denominational Christian ministry.
